You have 30 days to do so. Just follow these steps:
- Locate your order in your customer area and click "Request a Return," or use this link and enter the order number along with the email address you used to make the purchase.
- Select the model and reason for the return.
- Choose the return method.
- Once the package has been shipped, you will receive your refund within a maximum of ten business days.
For size or model changes, you must process the return and make a new purchase.

Exchanging one product for another is not possible. To get the correct size, you must return your current order and make a new purchase.

4. Select the product you are going to return.
5. How do you want to send the package?

6. Indicate the reason for the return in the drop-down menu and tell us more about the return. We want to improve our products!
8. Click the "Request a return" button. You'll then receive an email with your return label. You must affix it to the outside of the box.

Our products are chemically processed in accordance with the European Union's REACH regulations for chemical substances and mixtures. This regulation requires compliance with the regulatory quantities of each substance, meaning there must be a balance between them.
As part of this chemical treatment process, Chromium and Mercury are present in their respective quantities, so unfortunately we cannot guarantee that they are 100% free. -
Some of our products are made from more than one type of leather, such as cowhide and split leather.
To clean these Yokono shoes, you must pay special attention to each of the parts that make up the product, as well as other elements such as cords or metal details.
We recommend using a damp (not wet) cloth and gently wiping it over your shoes.
We do not recommend using chemicals as they could damage the skin.
